This workshop can be customized for intact work teams.
The ability to lead and participate on teams is a critical skill for success in business. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create successful teams, foster trust among team members, and overcome barriers to team effectiveness. Learning how to fully engage on a team and help others fully engage will enhance your team’s productivity, and can make work a lot more fun!
- Learn strategies for building “high performing” teams, including building trust, team cohesiveness, and participation
- Understand the role of the team leader in high performing teams
- Learn how to pinpoint where teams get “stuck” and how to help them get “unstuck”
- Leverage communication style (DiSC) or personality type (MBTI) (Optional. Requires administration of DiSC or MBTI assessments as pre-work for intact teams taking this workshop together.)
