In this workshop, we’ll discuss the “sweet spot” in building client partnerships as well as skills to foster authentic partnerships with clients, including clarifying expectations and providing feedback.
- Identify one to two opportunities for partnerships with current clients and the needs you have of those clients as potential partners
- Learn and practice skills essential for effective partnerships, including establishing clear expectations and providing clear feedback and authentic messages
- Build a plan for establishing and/or strengthening client relationships
